Is the best pub by far!!! A proper working mans club, can go in for a pint after work and chat with friendly faces, the punters and bar staff alike. There is no keeping up with the jones’ unless theyre winning in the latest game, or the best at karaoke. The atmosphere is amazing and often led so eloquently by the fantastic nature of the staff.

The Sutherland arms in Stoke is really cool and its nice there
The Help Me Throu, Crostons road, Bury, Manchester.
Stephen and Tom have worked miracles on this little local pub, 12 months ago the locals were in fear of this closing down, then Stephen and Tom arrived and totally changed it, live music, quizzes, game shows, fabulous food, nearly every night something different. Staff are amazing and always helpful, friendly and fun. This place is now one of the most popular pubs in Bury in my opinion. If any pub deserves an award from what it was to what it is today then this is the pub.
Prince of Wales, Congleton. Craig and Lacey deserve so much credit for turning around a pub that had failed. True hosts in so many ways: to pub sports; to The British Legion; packed out music nights; giving new bands a first chance, and continuing the tradition of support for a great open mic night. Always polite and helpful they create a welcoming atmosphere – helped by their dog Jude – also acgreat character. Roaring fires, ready laughter, home cooking and the best Guinness in town. A home from home.
The Woodman pub
